Asset Proposal Manager™

Asset Proposal Manager™ gives you capability to create estimates of any type (ie, installation, upsells, maintenance, snow, etc, in a single product. It supports a variety of pricing methods, including those considered best practices in the industry. With its built in report writer, you can create proposals directly from the estimate in a variety of formats, including unit priced. A few other highlights: industry calculators, including a travel calculator, direct connection to your production system for sold work, and built in sales management tools give you a tool that is not matched by any other product.


Schedule

Asset Schedule Manager™

Asset Schedule Manager™ gets updated from estimates you create with Asset Proposal Manager. Tasks can be organized into multiple schedules using multiple crews, keeping you organized, but also giving you a flexible framework to control production. Tasks are linked to materials, so work orders show not just time, but also material that is needed.

It supports a variety of different schedule types, including repetitive service, one time service, and events, for instance, snow events. It can use list or calendar based methods for scheduling.

Schedule Manager is also plugged into CX, so you can create work orders directly from the CRM system. Other software just can’t do that.

Schedule Manager is also linked directly to the billing, job cost and payroll systems, so you eliminate double and triple data entry, saving big in the process. You also get a detailed history of what happened on which job, who did it, and full budget to actual efficiency reporting, helping you make important decisions about how to make up ground on jobs that are losing.

Asset Purchasing & AP Manager™

Most companies think of purchasing last, after the job is sold. It’s handled, at best, in multiple, disconnected spreadsheets, and at worst, in someone’s head. With Asset Purchasing & AP Manager™, that changes. Asset purchasing tools take the materials list directly from your estimate and organize it into a searchable, reportable framework that makes it easy for someone to manage your purchasing requirements. Because it comes from the estimate, it budgets and the vendors selected by estimators are readily available to purchasers.

There are views by job, by material, by item type, and by vendor. It is all directly tied to the Schedule Manager, so when the schedule changes, the purchaser is in the loop. The time savings does not end with purchasing, though. When your vendor sends you an invoice, your AP administrator needs only to match the incoming invoice to the purchase order and post. No more hunting down project managers to figure out which job the invoice is for. This is a huge time saver. And of course, it is directly connected to the integrated job cost Asset does best.

Billing That Works Like You Need It To

Asset AR Manager™

Asset AR Manager™ helps you bill – and collect, the way you need to. It supports contract monthly billing, with variable amounts per month if you need them, as well as per occurrence billing, time and material billing, progress billing, monthly retainer billings, service charge, fuel and other surcharge based billing, and contract retainage.

It is directly connected to the Schedule Manager and CREWtek, which saves a lot of data entry and repetitive entry time. It supports multiple employees simulataneously working within the billing system, and like other Asset modules, lets you configure and customize reports and invoices to suit your requirements.

It also has great analysis views that let you see invoices by a lot of categories, including job, client, salesperson, due date, age, company, and invoice type. You can even drill directly to the GL transaction posting log directly, seeing the entire history of your invoices from posting to payment. One more thing worth mentioning. Unlike competitive products, Asset knows how to properly account for client deposits and does not lump them into the AR account. So you don’t get a wacked out AR balance and embarassing questions from your banker when you deliver your financials.
